WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Our fulfillment and production partner, is a San Francisco based employee-owned cooperative with a social mission to provide professional jobs to at-risk adults in the San Francisco Bay Area.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?

In most cases, available products will ship within 72 hours of the order date. Generally orders will arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking numbers via email for all orders.

HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Products will be shipped via the United States Postal Service and FedEx for deliveries within the United States and abroad. For international shipping, we are unable to provide any customs clearance estimates, however in most cases shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED IN THE SHOP?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

WHO IS SOCIAL IMPRINTS?

Social Imprints is a third-party printing and fulfillment company. They manage the fulfillment and shipping of all orders from several employee stores around the country. You can learn more about them onĀ their website.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. A returned or exchanged product must be in the condition you received it.
